Single-sided, black and white printing of addresses on invitation envelopes.

Please download the attached Excel file and fill it with your addresses. Please only submit the final file.

NOTE: The submitted file must be completed in final form, exactly as laid out in the spreadsheet. Any files that do not follow the guidelines will be returned for the client to fix or be charged the hourly rate for the time it takes Wedding Design by Anika to fix. Any changes made to the information provided in the finalized spreadsheet once it has been submitted will be subject to the hourly rate for the time it takes for Wedding Design by Anika to edit.

Wedding Design by Anika is not responsible for incorrect spellings of names, incorrect addresses or any other information that has been provided by the client within this final spreadsheet file. All envelopes will be proofed, and once approved and sent to production, cannot be modified.

Wedding Design by Anika cannot guarantee a 100% shipping success rate for:

• white/gold ink prints
• black ink printed on dark envelopes
• inks on translucent/vellum envelopes
• use of wax seals

Wedding Design by Anika is not responsible for the return or non-delivery of any envelopes by Canada Post or any other postal services due to the client’s choice in print colour. Certain papers may not absorb white ink fully and could cause rubbing. Canada Post guidelines may be found here. Deviations from these guidelines such as fonts or colours may be permitted by Canada Post, but are not guaranteed by Wedding Design by Anika.
